I’m Kyndall Weir, Registered Dietitian, and your new Sports Nutrition Coach who is NOT here to put you on a diet. I use years of schooling, advanced certifications, and real-world experience working with thousands of athletes to teach you how to fuel your body for better performance on and off the field. My mission is to show you that nutrition does not have to be complicated and that a solid fueling game plan can take your performance TO THE NEXT LEVEL.

  • Nutrition training camp

    You’re a self-starter student athlete that is looking for more resources when it comes to nutrition. This self-paced online course is designed to teach you the basics, and help you apply the basic principles of fueling your body for sport performance.

  • Female Athlete Fuel Acadmey

    My signature 12- week group coaching for female athletes. Focused on over-coming diet culture, increasing confidence with your food choices, developing a nutrition game plan that works for you!

  • 1-1 Coaching

    Each semester, I accept a few athletes to work 1:1 with me. This is for the athlete that is struggling to apply the principles from the Sports Nutrition Playbook and is ready to invest more time in personalized coaching.
